摘要
文章介绍了化学基础实验教学能够培养学员具备的几种能力,重点阐述了化学基础实验教学在学员岗位任职能力培养中的地位作用,指出化学基础实验教学必须改革以适应部队教育转型的需要,并探讨了改革措施。
The article introduces several abilities possessed by trainees that can be cultivated from basic experiment teaching, emphatically explains role and function of basic experiment teaching in trainees＇ position competence cultivation, points out the necessity of basic experiment teaching reform to meet needs of education transition of the army and also discusses reform measures.
