摘要
海南炼化柴油加氢装置采用石油化工科学研究院开发的分区进料灵活加氢改质MHUG-Ⅱ技术。装置于2013年9月底完成改造,并于2013年10月开工运行至今。2015年2月通过提高反应器各床层温度,于2月6日开始正式生产硫含量不大于10μg/g的国Ⅴ柴油,在生产国Ⅴ柴油过程中改质反应器主剂体积空速0.8 h-1、反应器入口氢分压≮6.4 MPa、精制反应器主剂体积空速2.2 h-1。各床层催化剂失活速度明显加快,但总体上装置运行情况良好,各项指标达到了设计要求。
