摘要
以杜仲果壳残渣为原料,研究了其对亚甲基蓝溶液的吸附作用。考察了粒度、吸附剂投入量、亚甲基蓝初始浓度、p H、温度对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:杜仲渣对亚甲基蓝有较好的吸附效果,吸附的最佳粒径为120目,最佳投入量为7.5 g/L,最佳p H=9,最适温度为20℃。在最佳吸附条件下,杜仲渣对亚甲基蓝的吸附率高达98%。
The residue of eucommia ulmoides seed shell after extraction of the gum was used adsorbent, the adsorption properties of absorbent for methylene blue was studied. The effect of particle size. adding dosage of adsorbent, concentration of methylene blue solution, pH and temperature on the adsorption properties of eucommia uhnoides residue was discussed. The residue have adsorption ability to methylene blue, the option adsorption condition is that the particle size is 120 mesh and adsorbent dosage is 7.5 g/L at pH-9 and 20 ℃. The adsorption rate can be up to 98 % under the option adsorption condition.
