摘要
目的:大剂量甲强龙用于特重型颅脑损伤的临床治疗效果和安全性。方法:选取某院收治的特重型颅脑损伤患者60例,随机将其分成两组,对照组30例予以地塞米松,研究组30例予以大剂量甲强龙治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组临床治疗有效率显著优于对照组,差异经统计学分析具有显著性(P<0.05),且不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:大剂量甲强龙用于特重型颅脑损伤患者临床治疗中,疗效显著,且不良反应较少,值得推广应用。
Objective：To explore the clinical treatment effect and safety of large doses methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe head injury.Methods：60cases of patients with severe head injury treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given dexamethasone treatment,and patients of study group received high-dose methylprednisolone therapy.Then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results：The clinical effective rate of study group was significantly better than that of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and there was no significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of large doses methylprednisolone in the treatment of patients with severe head injury is significant,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
