摘要
近年来中国农药研究者在新型抗植物病毒剂的创制方面开展了大量的研究工作.基于α-氨基膦酸酯、氰基丙烯酸酯、杂环化合物以及天然产物的结构进行多样性衍生,发现了大量具有抗植物病毒活性的化合物及候选药物;毒氟磷、甲噻诱胺等高活性化合物已经获得农业部登记;研究清楚了部分化合物的作用机制.本文根据化合物的结构特点进行分类,总结了中国新型抗植物病毒剂的创制研究取得的成果,并对发展前景进行展望.
The discovery of anti viral agents for plant in China has gained remarkable success in recent years. Many compounds with high anti-viral activity were discovered based on derivatization of ?-aminoalkyl phosphonates, cyanoacrylate, heterocyclic compounds and the structure of natural products. "Dufulin" and "jiasaiyouan" were granted registration in China as green chemical entity with high anti-viral agent for plant. The action mechanism and application technology of some important antiviral agents were also developed. This review article surveys the important achievements on the discovery of anti viral agents for plants by Chinese scholars. A perspective for development of anti viral agent for plant was also proposed.
