摘要
采用亚胺与尿素在醋酐 /乙酸中反应得到 6个 6 -取代DHT衍生物 ,所合成化合物的结构经IR、1HNMR及元素分析确证。测定结果表明所合成的化合物中取代基为硝基时 ,化合物的抗病毒活性最高。
Substituted-2,4-dioxohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine derivatives were obtained by the reaction of imine with carbonamide in the solution of acetic anhydride and acetic acid The structure of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR、1H NMR and elemental analysis The preliminary biological test indicated that the nitro group onto the benzene had good anti-viral activity
