无灶性癫痫患者大脑半球间体素镜像同伦连接的静息态fMRI研究 被引量:3

Interhemispheric Voxel-Mirrored Homotopic Connectivity in Nonlesional Epilepsy:A Resting-State Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study

摘要 目的采用静息态功能MRI(f MRI)体素镜像同伦连接(VMHC)的分析方法研究无灶性癫痫(NLE)患者发作间期大脑半球间功能连接的改变,分析其与临床症状之间的联系。方法搜集21例NLE患者和21名正常志愿者的临床资料和静息态f MRI数据,应用VMHC的分析方法,采用双样本t检验比较患者组和对照组大脑半球间功能连接的改变情况。结果患者组较对照组VMHC增加的脑区为旁中央小叶;减低的脑区为颞中回、枕中回、额中回、楔前叶、顶下小叶及小脑前叶。结论 NLE患者半球间VMHC的改变与临床症状相关联,可同其他分析方法结合进行相互补充来揭示NLE患者的发病机制。 Objective To investigate the changes of resting-state functional connectivity between the two hemispheres in non-lesional epilepsy during the intermittent period using voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) based on restingstate functional MRI (fMRI) and to analyze the correlation between the changes and clinical symptoms. Methods We collected clinical and resting-state fMRI data of 42 subjects and analyzed them using the method of VMHC. 21 were NLE patients and 21 matched healthy volunteers were recruited for a normal control group. The VMHC values between the two groups were compared by two-sample t-test. Results Compared with the controls, NLE patients showed significant VMHC decreases in the middle temporal gyrus, middle occipital gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, precuneus, inferior parietal lobule and cerebellum anterior lobe and increases in the paracentral lobule. Conclusion There is correlation between the changes of VMHC and the clinical symptoms in NLE, and we may use VMHC and complement it with other methods to reveal pathogenesis of NLE.
