城镇化进程中长江中下游粮食主产地市耕地生态安全评价 被引量:1

The assessment of cultivated land ecological safety in main grain production cities of the lower Yangtze Region under the process of urbanization

摘要 该研究的目的在于测算当前长江中下游粮食主产地市耕地生态安全评价值以评价该区域的耕地生态安全状况。该文通过构造PSR模型来作为评价模型,选取了单位耕地面积农药施用量、单位耕地面积化肥施用量、森林覆盖率等20个评价指标,通过建构综合度测算方程与协调度测算方程而最终得出研究区域的耕地生态安全评价值。研究结果:江淮平原(江苏地区)耕地生态安全综合水平位于流域之首,鄱阳湖平原-赣抚平原-吉泰盆地-赣西粮食高产片与江淮平原(安徽地区)两省位列其次,亦超过区域平均水平。由P-S-R对应子系统评价看,鄱阳湖平原-赣抚平原-吉泰盆地-赣西粮食高产片的耕地生态安全压力明显高于其他区域,且其耕地生态安全状态亦堪忧,除江淮平原(江苏地区以外)各个流域的耕地生态安全响应系统皆相对薄弱。由协调度可知,长江中下游流域粮食主产地市绝大部分地区耕地生态安全协调性较差,在协调度与综合指数的关系上呈现出负相关态势,尚存改善空间。 This study aims to estimate the present values of cultivated land ecological safety in main grain pro- duction cities of the Lower Yangtze region, which are used to evaluate the cultivated land ecological safety status of this cities. PSR method is used as assessment model. 20 indicators are selected as comprehensive evaluation index ( such as pesticide application in unit cultivated land cities, fertilizer application in unit cultivated land area, forest coverage, etc.) and the comprehensive values are measured through two functions that are comprehensive values function and coordination function, respectively. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation level of culti- vated land ecological safety in Jianghuai Plain(Jiangsu) is the highest among 5 areas. The comprehensive evalua- tion level of cultivated land ecological safety in Poyang Plain--Ganfu Plain--Jian-Taihe Basin--Main grain produ- cing area of Western Jiangxi and Jianghuai Plain (Anhui) are also higher than the average level of main grain pro- duction cities of the Lower Yangtze region. The ecosystem pressure of Poyang Plain--Ganfu Plain--Jian-Taihe Ba- sin-main grain producing cities of western Jiangxi is high, of which, the state system of that is very poor. Moreo- ver, the responses of the region are very poor except the region of Jianghuai Plain (Jiangsu). At present, most of the coordination degrees in this area are relatively poor. Moreover, there are some negative correlation relationships between coordination degrees and comprehensive values, which indicates that there is a larger improvement space.
