摘要
目的研究白鲜皮Dictamni Cortex的化学成分。方法该植物乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、制备HPLC柱分离纯化,所得化合物的结构通过各种光谱方法进行鉴定。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为异阔戴明(1)、尼克酰胺(2)、丁香酸(3)、白鲜碱(4)、柠檬苦素(5)、吴茱萸苦素(6)、梣酮(7)、黄柏酮(8)、大叶桉亭(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论化合物1为首次从芸香科植物中分得,化合物2为首次从白鲜属植物中分得,化合物3为首次从该植物中分得。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from root barks of Dictamnus dasycarpus. METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract of this plant was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and pre-HPLC column,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by various spectral methods. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as isoplatydesmine( 1),nicotinamide( 2),syringic acid( 3),dictamnine( 4),limonin( 5),rutaevine( 6),fraxinellone( 7),obacunone( 8),robustine( 9),β-sitosterol( 10). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is first isolated from family Rutaceae,compound 2 is first obtained from genus Dictamnus,and compound 3 was got from this plant for the first time.
