摘要
本文对催化剂的组成、复配、载体用量、反应温度与时间等进行试验,探索了频哪醇的催化合成工艺条件。试验表明,较佳的频哪醇的催化合成工艺条件为:采用铂钯复合分子筛催化剂,铂钯摩尔比为4∶1,Hβ沸石为载体,原料投料比为四甲基丁烯∶10%双氧水∶催化剂=1∶4∶0.006(mol比),反应温度75℃,时间为4h,能获得较高收率的频哪醇产品。该工艺操作安全,绿色环保,具有广阔的市场推广应用前景。
The appropriate synthetic process of pinacol had been researched by the contrast test of catalyst composition, compound,carrier dosage, reaction temperature and time. It was indicated that the better synthesis conditions as fallowed: platinum palladiumcomposite molecular sieve catalyst, ratio of platinum to palladium was 4:1(mol), Hβ-zeolite as the carrier, tetramethyl butene: 10%hydrogen peroxide solution: catalyst=1:4:0.006 (mol), reaction temperature 75℃ , reaction time 4h.
