摘要
目的:研究分析人参皂苷Rg1对2型糖尿病大鼠病理性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠分为对照组12只、模型组12只和人参皂苷Rg1组36只。人参皂苷Rg1组根据使用剂量又分为2mg/kg、4mg/kg、8mg/kg组。对比各组大鼠血糖及相关炎症水平。结果:模型组大鼠血糖指标、ALT、AST活性均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);4mg/kg组、8mg/kg组大鼠血糖指标、ALT、AST活性均低于模型组,差异显著(P<0.05);模型组大鼠丙二醛、TNF-α和IL-6均高于对照组,SOD指标低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);4mg/kg组、8mg/kg组大鼠丙二醛、TNF-α和IL-6均低于模型组,SOD指标高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rg1对2型糖尿病大鼠病理性肝损伤具有明显保护作用,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate protective effects of ginsenosides Rg1 on pathological liver injury in rats with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 60 SD rats were divided into the control group(12 rats), the model group(12 rats) and the ginsenosides Rg1 group(36 rats). Then 36 rats in the ginsenosides Rg1 group were divided into the 2mg/kg group, the 4mg/kg group and the 8mg/kg group. Glycemic and relevant levels of inflammation in all groups were compared. Results: Glycemic index, ALT and AST activity in the model group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Glycemic index, ALT and AST activity in the 4mg/kg group and the 8mg/kg group were lower than those in the model group(P〈0.05). MDA, TNF-α and IL-6 in the model group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05), and SOD index in the model group was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05). MDA, TNF-α and IL-6 in the 4mg/kg group and the 8mg/kg group were lower than those in the model group, and SOD index in the 4mg/kg group and the 8mg/kg group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ginsenosides Rg1 on pathological liver injury in rats with type 2 diabetes shows a significantly protective effect, and is worthy of promotion.
