摘要
对清华大学高水平射击队建设的主要环节进行梳理与分析。结果表明:遵循教育规律、发挥高校优势,采用一条龙的学习方式和管理训练体制有利于高水平射击运动员的培养。学校体制与竞技体制结合既为大学、中学在射击运动员的初期选拔、教练员遴选、基础训练、中期发展、经费与科研保障方面提供良好条件,也为高水平射击运动员获得参赛机会与保持高竞技水平提供有力保障;同时在改变运动员的文化知识结构、维持和提高射击运动成绩等方面能起到积极有效的促进作用。
The authors collated and analyzed main links established by Tsinghua University for cultivating high performance shooters, and revealed the following findings： following education patterns, exerting university advantages, adopting an all-in-one learning mode and training management system, are conducive to the cultivation of high performance shooters; the combination of school system with competition system not only provides good conditions for middle schools and universities in terms of shooter preliminary selection, coach selection, basic training, midterm training, as well as fund and research assurance, but also provides powerful assurance for high performance shooters to have game participating opportunities and maintain high competition performance, and also plays a positive and effective promoting role in changing shooter’s cultural knowledge structure, and in maintaining and continuing to improve shooting performance.
