摘要
本文分析了当前我国竞技体育在管理体制和竞赛体制方面存在的问题，阐述了我国未来竞技体育管理体制与竞赛体制的基本构架，对我国世纪跨越中的竞技体育体制改革提出了建议。
The author analysed the current problems in the management and competition systems of Chinese sports,elaborated the future management system of Chinese competition sports and the elementary construct of competition system and brought forth suggestions for the system reform of Chinese competition sports of the 2lst century.
