种茎贮藏和浸水时间对木薯种苗抗旱性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以木薯品种华南124的种茎为试验材料,研究了不同贮藏时间(0、7、14 d)和不同浸水时间(0、2、4、6、8 h)对木薯种苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:种茎贮藏时间与存活率呈极显著负相关;在存活率、薯干产量和淀粉产量上存在显著的贮藏时间与浸水时间互作效应;不贮藏的茎段浸水会降低存活率和产量;贮藏后的茎段短时间浸水有利于提高木薯的存活率、薯干产量和淀粉产量;贮藏7~14 d的种茎浸水2 h比不浸水提高薯干产量和淀粉产量11.0%以上。 The effects of different seed-stem storage time( 0,7 and 14 d) and various water-soaking time( 0,2,4,6 and8 h) on the drought resistance of seedlings of cassava variety SC124 were studied. The results showed that: there was a very significant negative correlation between seed-stem storage time and survival rate; the significant interaction of storage time and soaking time existed in survival rate,dry tuber yield,and starch yield; soaking the fresh seed-stems could reduce survival rate and yield; soaking the preserved seed-stems for a short time was beneficial to the increase in survival rate,dry tuber yield,and starch yield of cassava; for the seed-stems preserved for 7 ~ 14 days,the 2-h soaking treatment could enhance both dry tuber yield and starch yield by over 11.0% in comparison with the not-soaking treatment.
