摘要
阐述了西部县域新型城镇化过程中出现的问题,针对西部县级图书馆信息服务现状及信息服务实践中存在的不足,提出了改进措施,指出作为公共文化服务体系建设重要机构之一的公共图书馆,应积极发挥其文化教育职能,利用"图书馆+"服务模式开展多种形式的信息服务,使西部县级图书馆真正为新型城镇化建设做出贡献。
This paper expounds some problems occurring in the course of the new-type urbanization in counties of the western regions of China, and in the light of the current status of the information service of county-level libraries in western regions of China and the shortcomings existing in their practice of information service, puts forward some improvement measures, and points out that the public library, being as an important institution of public cultural service system＇s construction, should actively play its cultural education function, and carry out various kinds of information services by using the＂library＋＂service mode, and make the county-level libraries in western regions of China can really contribute to the construction of new-type urbanization.
