随着网络普及与发展,西部县级公共图书馆应完善信息化建设,以更好地满足读者的信息需求。为此,西部县级公共图书馆应采取多种措施解决经费不足、人才匮乏等问题。
With the development of computer network and the growing popularity of Internet,county libraries in western China should improve library＇s information construction to better satisfy reader＇s information demand.Therefore,they should take various measures to solve the problems of insufficient funds,talent shortage and the like.
