摘要
目的 :探讨联合使用双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的的临床效果。方法 :选取近年来我院收治的的81例腹泻患儿作为研究对象。随机将这些患儿分为治疗组(41例)与对照组(40例)。为对照组患儿单纯使用蒙脱石散进行治疗,为观察组患儿联合使用蒙脱石散和双歧杆菌四联活菌片进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿治疗的总有效率。结果 :治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患儿,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :联合使用双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著。此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment ofinfantile diarrhea.method：In this group of patients were selected in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 August in August were 81 cases of infantile diarrhea in children with clinical data, according to the principle of digital random distribution, children were randomly divided into treatment group（41 cases） and control group（40 cases）, control group was treated with oral administration of montmorillonite powder in the treatment, observation group with oral montmorillonite powder based, given Bifidobacterium quadruple viable films were observed and compared the clinical curative effect of two groups of children.result：The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.1%, the control group was 77.5%, the total effective rate of two groups, the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.conclusion：The Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine by combined montmorillonite powder, has good curative effect, can be used.
