摘要
泡沫浮选过程的指标很大程度上是由浮选泡沫的尺寸决定的,仅用均值和方差无法完整的描述随机变量的随机特性。因此引入随机分布控制系统的模型,用输出概率密度函数(PDF)来刻画浮选泡沫的尺寸。针对泡沫浮选过程,采用有理平方根模型提出基于观测器的自适应故障检测法,通过求解线性矩阵不等式(LMI)得到故障检测的残差信号阈值,最后通过仿真验证分析,证明算法的有效性。
The index of the flotation process is largely determined by the size of the flotation bubbles ; only the mean and variance are unable to describe the random characteristics of the variable completely.So the model of stochastic distribution control (SDC) system was introduced, using the output probability density function (PDF) to describe the size of flotation bubble.Based on this process, intending to use rational square root model, an adaptive observer based on fault detection algorithm is proposed to diagnose the fault in froth flotation process in this paper.By solving Linear matrix inequality (LMI) the threshold of residual signal of the fault detection can be obtained. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of this proposed algorithm.
