摘要
基于社会资本的视角,对PPP模式推广过程中面临的问题进行分析。从现状、问题以及成因入手,对政府制定的政策、专业人才的培养以及社会资本难进入等问题作出深入的分析,并且提出相应的、有针对性的对策建议,以期为我国PPP模式的快速推广提供指导。
Based on the perspective of social capital,the problems in the process of promotion of PPP model are analyzed. From the current situation,problems and causes,this paper makes a deep analysis of the government policies,the professionals’ cultivation,and the difficulty for social capital to enter market and so on. Furthermore,a series of countermeasures are put forw ard in order to provide guidance for the rapid promotion of PPP mode in China.
