摘要 目的分析不同产地化橘红的黄酮含量与无机元素组成。方法用高效液相色谱法分析化橘红中的黄酮含量,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化橘红中的27种无机元素含量。结果化州产化橘红的柚皮苷等6种黄酮含量均高于其他产地化橘红;被测的27种元素中,道地化橘红的Ca、K、Al、B、Ti、Rb、Sr、Be、Co、Ga、Mo元素含量均高于其他产地化橘红;所有样品中重金属如Pb、As、Hg、Cr和Cu的含量均在安全限值范围内。结论道地化橘红不仅黄酮含量高,而且无机元素组成上也具有明显的优势。 Objective To analyze flavonoids and mineral elements content of Citrus grandis from different regions.Methods The flavonoids content were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and 27 kinds of mineral elements of Citrus grandis were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results The content of 6 kinds of flavonoids of Huazhou field including naringin,were all higher than those of other producing areas.Among 27 kinds of mineral elements,Ca,K,Al,B,Ti,Rb,Sr,Be,Co,Ga,Mo elements content of Huazhou field were higher than those of Guangxi and Fujian.Heavy metals such as Pb,As,Hg,Cr and Cu in all samples were within the safe limits.Contusion Citrus grandis of Huazhou field has higher flavonoid content,and also has obvious advantages on the inorganic elements content.
