摘要
目的研究在高龄慢性肾功能衰竭治疗过程中实行血液透析滤过的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院近年来收治的54例高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,随机分为参照组(n=27)与实验组(n=27),参照组患者治疗中实行我院常规血液透析疗法,实验组患者治疗中实行血液透析滤过疗法,对比两组患者经不同血液透析治疗后的临床效果。结果实验组患者白蛋白(37.25±2.45)g/L、Kt/V(1.45±0.14)、并发症发生率3.70%均优于参照组白蛋白(30.25±2.04)g/L、Kt/V(0.73±0.15)、并发症发生率22.22%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将血液透析滤过应用在高龄慢性肾功能衰竭中效果较好,可以降低并发症发生率,改善患者治疗依从性与生存质量。
Objective To study the therapy for chronic renal failure in the elderly in the process of implementation of the clinical effect of hemodialysis filtration. Methods 54 cases of elderly patients with chronic renal failure our hospital were randomly divided into control group（n=27） and experimental group（n=27）, the hospital implemented the conventional hemodialysis therapy in the treatment of patients with control group, the experimental group in the treatment of patients under hemodialysis filtration therapy, compared two groups the clinical effect of different hemodialysis patients after treatment. Results Patients in the experimental group albumin（37.25±2.45） g/L, Kt/V（1.45±0.14）, the complication rate of 3.70% was better than the reference group of albumin（30.25±2.04） g/L, Kt/V（0.73±0.15）, the incidence of complications was 22.22%, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of hemodialysis in the elderly patients with chronic renal failure has good effect, can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the treatment compliance and quality of life.
