摘要
浊毒理论是中医理论体系的一个特殊组成部分,是研究与浊毒相关疾病发生、发展、辨证论治规律的应用体系。非酒精性脂肪肝是一种临床常见病,给患者的生活和工作造成很大的影响,浊毒理论认为浊毒内蕴、瘀血内生、膏浊内聚于肝而成非酒精性脂肪肝。本文通过探析其病因病机,临床上以化浊散瘀调脂辨证论治取得了良好疗效,为中医药治疗本病提供了新的思路和方法,使浊毒理论更好地服务于中医临床。
Zhuodu theory is a special component of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It is an application system that studies the occurrence,development and patterns of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Zhuodu-related diseases.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a common clinical disease,which has a great impact on patients' daily life and work.Zhuodu theory holds that NAFLD is formed by internal stasis of turbidity and toxicity,endogenous congestion of blood,and accumulation of lipid and grease in liver.By exploring and analysing the etiology and pathogenesis of NAFLD,treating NAFLD with reducing turbidity and toxicity,dispersing blood stasis,and regulating lipid method has achieved favorable clinical effect.It provides a new idea and approach for treating NAFLD with TCM,and helps Zhuodu theory serves TCM clinical treatment better.
