摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是临床常见的慢性肝病,随着生活条件的改善,其患病率及检出率逐年增加。为初步探讨中医在非酒精性脂肪性肝病治疗中的运用,本文从非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中医病名、病因病机、辨证分型以及中医治疗几个方面进行回顾分析和探讨,结合临床经验,认为其病位涉及肝脾肾,病因病机与痰、湿、瘀、脾虚关系最大,辨证以痰瘀、湿热、肝郁、脾虚证多见,治疗上辨证准确是“捷径”,加强运动、饮食调整是关键。
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a common chronic liver disease.With the improvement of living conditions,its prevalence rate and detection rate increase year by year.To preliminarily explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of NAFLD,this article introduced from the aspects of TCM disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and TCM treatment of NAFLD,then combined with clinical experience to draw the following conclusions.The disease location involves the liver,spleen and kidney,and the etiology and pathogenesis are most related to phlegm,dampness,blood stasis and spleen deficiency.Phlegm stasis,dampness and heat,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome are more common in syndrome differentiation.In treatment,accurate syndrome differentiation is the"shortcut",strengthening exercise and diet adjustment is the key.
