摘要
在我国经济的新常态下,能源企业的发展定位逐步由注重规模速度向质量效益转变,向结构优化调整、降本提质增效、深挖内涵潜力转变。在分析推行效益优化模型建设的内涵及意义的基础上,通过对陕西液化天然气投资发展有限公司在以效益优化模型建设为核心的企业运营管理模式上,对人力资源管理工作的创新应用进行阐述,旨在进一步提升公司效益意识及创效能力。
Under the new normal condition of our country's economy, the development of energy enterprises is gradually transformed from the emphasis on the scale and speed to the quality and benefit, and to the structural optimization and adjustment, the cost-reducing quality-improving and efficiency-increasing and the deep connotation potential tapping. Based on the analysis of the connotation and significance of the construction of the benefit optimization model, it is expounded that Shaanxi LNG Investment and Development Co., Ltd. innovatively applies the enterprise operation management mode taking the benefit optimization model construction as the core in human resource management in order to further enhance the company's benefit awareness and benefit-creating ability.
