企业文化在企业发展过程中占据着极为重要的地位,而工会组织在企业文化建设中的作用也是极为重要和特殊的。因此必须正确认识和发挥工会在企业文化建设中的作用,与时俱进,不断发展和创新企业文化。
The company culture has an important position in the development of Chinese enterprises. The trade union organizations are also main and special group in the construction of company culture. So, we must correctly understand and give full play to the trade unions' role of the construction of company culture. We must keep pace with the times and develop and innovate company culture.
