摘要
目前我国数字化制造企业面临着复杂的国际经济环境和内部的改革需求,亟需在制造技术和管理方面加以改进,而精益化的管理模式正是企业优化生产系统和降低生产成本的重要途径,也是企业提高核心竞争力的重要推力,所以在我国数字化制造业中被广泛应用。在精益管理模式中,只有建立真正的精益成本管理,才能真正帮助数字化制造业消除浪费,降低生产成本,逐步提高企业的核心竞争力。针对精益管理模式下数字化制造企业的成本控制现状及问题,提出了一些具体改进和完善的措施及建议。
At present, digital manufacturing enterprises in China are facing the complicated international economic environment and the internal reform needs, and they need to be improved in the manufacturing technology and management. The lean management mode is an important way that the enterprises optimize production system and to reduce production cost, but is also an important thrust that the enterprises improve the core competitiveness. So it is widely used in our country＇s digital manufacturing industry. In the lean management mode, only the establishment of lean cost management can really help the digital manufacturing enterprises to eliminate waste, reduce production costs, and gradually improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The problems existing in the cost control of digital manufacturing under the lean management mode and the causes of the problems are analyzed, and some measures and suggestions for solving the problems are put forward.
