摘要
目的:观察中西医结合综合疗法治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶,每次1 g,每日3次,复方乳酸菌胶囊0.66 g,每日3次,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合半夏泻心汤合左金丸加减,配合中药煎剂保留灌肠,每晚1次。观察两组患者的临床疗效、内镜下评分及生存质量(IBDQ)积分。结果:治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为93.33%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IBDQ积分优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组内镜下评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗寒热错杂型溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著,且可提高患者的生存质量。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine therapy on ulcerative colitis （UC） of complicated cold and heat syndrome. Methods ： Totally 60 patients with UC of complicated cold and heat syndrome were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Sulfasalazine with lg each time and 3 times a day,O. 66g Compound Lactobacillus Capsules with 3 times a day. Treatment group were addition- ally given Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction Plus Modified Left Metal Pill combined with retention enema with Chinese medicine decoction of once each evening. After 4 weeks as treatment course, the clinical effects, scores under endoscope and score of IB- DQ in both groups were observed. Results： The effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 93.53% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the scores of IBDQ in both groups were better than these be- fore treatment, and treatment group were better than control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈0.05 ）. The score under en- doscope in treatment group was lower than that in control group; the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Integra- tive Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effects on UC of complicated cold and heat syndrome and can enhance the survival quality of the patients.
