摘要
在我国大肠癌发病率与死亡率居高不下,因此提倡坚持预防为主,防治结合,中西并重。大肠癌癌前疾病包括大肠息肉与炎症性肠病,相关病理变化为腺瘤、腺瘤病与异型增生,中医药对此展开了积极研究并获得了一定疗效。本文就近期大肠癌癌前疾病的中医病因病机认识与内、外治法予以综述,并就中西医结合的研究现状进行分析讨论。
The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer are very high in China, so we advocate insisting on prevention first, combining prevention with treatment, and paying equal attention to both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Precancerous colon diseases including colorectal polyps and inflammatory bowel disease, is related to pathological changes of adenoma, dysplasia and neoplasia. Traditional Chinese medicine has carried out active researches and obtained certain curative effect. This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, internal and external treatment of precan- cerous diseases of coloreetal cancer, and discusses the research status of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
