摘要
阳离子纳米转运系统可用作基因药物的给药载体,其在保持较高的转染效率的同时,也能够保护被转运的基因,大大提高了基因药物的生物利用度。本文在通过对国内外大量文献的分析与总结,主要介绍了几种阳离子给药系统的研究现状。阳离子纳米系统作为一种理想的基因递送载体,其发展趋势及应用前景值得重视。
As non-viral carriers for genetic drugs, cationic nanoparticles can protect degradation of nuclease. The high transfection effiency of genes can also be maintained bioavailability when encapsulated into cationic carriers. In this paper, the current development the drugs from the to improve their of several kinds of cationic delivery systems was reviewed through the summary and ananlysis of domestic and foreign literatures.Cationic nanoparticles are potential delivery systems for genetic drugs, and more attention should be paid to their development and perspective.
