摘要 为研究具有稳定性、不可分辨性高的单光子源,提出了基于掺铒光纤的单光子源。搭建了基于掺铒光纤光子数统计规律的实验系统,实验研究表明掺铒光纤的光子数统计规律与普通激光脉冲光子数具有相似的统计特性。 To study stability, high indistinguishability single photon source, propose a single photon source based on erbium-doped fiber. Build an erbium-doped fiber photon number statistics experimental system, experimental studies have shown that the number of photons erbium-doped fiber laser pulses statistical law and ordinary photons as a Poisson distribution. To provide a theoretical basis for further study based on erbium doped fiber single-photon source.
