摘要
以高瓦斯矿井王坡煤矿3215综放面为研究对象,通过UDEC数值模拟与理论计算,阐述了工作面采动裂隙场瓦斯抽采机理,研究了3215工作面塑性区宽度、顶板上覆岩层裂隙分布范围和采空区“O”形圈空间位置,进而优化了工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔布置参数。现场实践表明,优化后的3215工作面瓦斯抽采率达到45%~52%,上隅角和回风巷瓦斯浓度稳定在0.8%以下,杜绝了工作面瓦斯超限现象,实现了工作面的安全高效生产。
Based on the engineering background of 3215 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Wangpo high gas coal mine, through UDEC simulation and theoretical calculation, the gas drainage mechanism of mining crack field was introduced, the width of working face plastic zone, the distribution range of overlying strata cracks, and the spatial position of gob area "0" rings were studied. The layout parameters of gas drainage drilling in the working face was optimized. Field practice shows that the gas pumping rate after optimization rose from 45% to 52%, and the gas concentration at upper comer and return airway maintained at 0. 8% or less, which eliminated the phenomenon of gas overrun and realized the safe and efficient production working face.
