高分辨率磁共振在颅内动脉狭窄性疾病中的应用进展 被引量:11

摘要 目前,常用的脑血管影像学检查有经颅多普勒超声、CT血管成像、数字减影血管造影术及磁共振血管造影等,这些检查可直接或间接显示血管管腔情况及相关血流动力学状态,但尚无法准确检测动脉管壁结构和斑块特征。相关研究表明,病变血管的管壁特点与患者发生心脑血管事件及其临床表现密切相关[1-2]。高分辨率MRI技术是目前评估管壁结构和斑块成分最理想的工具,具有体内、无创、
