摘要
马克思人本思想以"现实的人"为立足点,以实现人的自由全面发展为终极目标。高校辅导员队伍须立足于辅导员现实,以实现辅导员自由全面发展为重要目标。以马克思人本思想为指导,针对辅导员队伍结构扁平化、身份管理双重化、职业认同矛盾化、激励机制低效化、考核体系混同化、发展时空有限化的现状,提出满足辅导员基本需求、促进辅导员个人发展、实现辅导员自身价值等方面的对策措施,真正做到以"以辅导员为本",实现辅导员队伍的人本化建设。
Marxist humanistic thought is about real people;its ultimate goal is to achieve free and comprehensive development of humanity.Construction of college advisors team must be based on the actual situation and strive for advisors' free and comprehensive development.Currently,construction of advisors team is confronted with problems such as flat structure,dual identity management,contradictory career identity,ineffective incentive mechanism,confusing evaluation system and limited space for advancement.Guided by Marxist humanistic thought,the paper believes that efforts must be made to not only meet advisors' basic needs but also promote their personal development and build their self-worth.
