摘要
管理的最高境界是刚柔并济,在我国高等职业教育快速发展的背景下,积极探索刚柔并济的高职院校学生管理路径是工学结合人才培养模式的本质要求,是90后高职学生身心发展特点的内在需要,也是高校辅导员队伍职业化和专业化建设的必然选择;在高职学生管理中推行一条全方位的刚柔并济管理路径,即刚柔并济的教育理念、管理方法和激励机制,对于促进高职学生健康成长和全面发展,推动和谐校园建设,具有积极的现实意义。
The highest level of management is the rigidity coexisting with flexibility.Under the background of the rapid development of higher vocational education,actively exploration of rigid and flexible student management path is the basic requirement of work-integrated learning personnel training mode,the intrinsic need of higher vocational students＇ physical and mental development,as well as the inevitable choice of professionalization and specialization of the counselors＇ team construction.Implementing a full range of rigid-flexible economic management path in college student management,namely the rigidflexible education concept,management methods and incentive mechanism,has positive practical significance to promote the vocational students＇ healthy growth and all-round development,as well as the construction of a harmonious campus.
