摘要
随着人们对生鲜商品需求的不断地扩大和不被满足,生鲜超市便应运而生,呈现给顾客独特的魅力和便利性。但是,在生鲜超市蓬勃发展的同时,也面临运营管理中许多严峻的问题。由于生鲜本身的特性,生鲜超市每天面临严重的损耗。通过联营模式和专柜模式的经营模式,从采购、收货、储存、加工、陈列到销售的运营环节和员工培训这三个方面对生鲜超市中水果的防损管理策略进行探究,提出合理化建议。
With increasing demand for fresh food, fresh food supermarket arises at the historic moment and presents the unique charm and convenience for the customer.But the booming fresh food supermarket faces many serious problems in the operation management.Due to the characteristics of fresh food, fresh food supermarket faces a serious lossevery day.The study explores three aspects in terms of management mode of joint management and counters, operating link from purchasing, receiving, storage, processing, display to sales, and staff training, and putsforward reasonable loss prevention management strategies for fruit.
