摘要
在分析马蔺叶化学成分基础上,通过化学预处理和生物酶相结合的方法对马蔺叶进行脱胶处理,提取马蔺纤维。测试并分析果胶酶NP浓度、脱胶温度、脱胶时间、p H值对脱胶效果的影响,并设计正交试验确定最佳脱胶工艺条件。且对提取的马蔺纤维的结构和基本性能进行测试。结果表明:最优脱胶工艺条件为果胶酶NP浓度为1.5 g/L,脱胶温度为50℃,脱胶时间为2 h,p H值为8;采用化学预处理和生物酶相结合的方法得到的马蔺纤维纵向外观成管状形体,有天然扭曲,纤维截面为扁圆形,有空腔;脱胶后纤维吸湿性较好。
In this paper, based on analysis of chemical compositions of the iris lactea leaves, iris lactea fibers were degummed by chemical pretreatment and enzymatic degumming method. The effects of processing conditions such as pectinase NP concentration, degumming temperature, time, pH value on the degumming effect were tested and analyzed, and the optimal degumming process conditions were determined by orthogonal experimental design. Finally, the structure and properties of extracted iris lactea fiber were tested. The results show that the optimal degumming process is that pectinase NP is 1.5 g/L,degumming temperature is 50 ℃,time is 2 hours,and pH value is 8; lengthways structure of iris lactea fiber extracted by the combination of chemical pretreatment and pectinase degumming is tubular with natural twist and the section is oblate with lumen; hygroscopicity of degummed fiber is good.
