基于金属氧化物催化剂的稻壳热解特性及动力学研究

摘要 采用非等温法对稻壳的热解及金属氧化物催化热解特性进行了研究,并用双外推法对热解过程进行了动力学分析,获得了相应的动力学参数。实验结果表明,50%CuO+50%Mn2O_3和50%CuO50%-Mn2O_32种金属氧化物催化剂的加入促进了稻壳的热解,使得热解后的最终失重量分别增加了20.10%和22.12%,并使得热解反应速率平均提高了33.49%和41.11%。动力学结果显示,金属氧化物催化剂没有改变热解过程的反应机理,其动力学机理函数始终保持为化学反应(二级)模型,机理函数的积分式为(1-α)-1-1。 Non-isothermal method was used to study the characteristics of pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis of rice husk over metal oxide catalysts.The kinetics of pyrolysis process was analyzed using the double extrapolation method and the corresponding kinetic parameters were calculated.The results indicated that oxide metal catalysts,50%CuO+50% Mn2O3 and 50%-CuO50% Mn2O3,improved the pyrolysis of rice husk with increases in final weight loss by 20.10% and 22.12% and with average increases in pyrolysis reaction rate by 33.49%and 41.11%,respectively.Kinetic analysis showed that adding oxide metal catalysts did not change the reaction mechanism of the pyrolysis process.The kinetic mechanism function remained unchanged to be chemical reaction(second order)model with its integral formula form of(1-α)-1-1.
