摘要
《京都议定书》已于2005年2月16日生效。由于清洁发展机制是《京都议定书》的核心内容,因此介绍了清洁发展机制的由来和现状,并为国内企业指出了投资清洁发展机制项目的具体途径和方法。鉴于新能源项目在属性上与清洁发展机制具有相同的范畴,指出投资清洁发展机制项目是发展新能源的重要途径。
The Kyoto Protocol went into effect on February 16, 2005. As the clean development mechanism （CDM） is the core of the Kyoto Protocol, this paper describes the origin and status quo of CDM, and points out the specific ways and methods for domestic enterprises to invest in CDM projects. In view of the fact that projects of new energy resources are attributively of the same category as CDM, it is indicated that investment in CDM projects is an important way to exploit new energy resources.
