摘要
以一年生银脉爵床枝条为材料,研究泥炭、珍珠岩、珍珠岩+泥炭(2∶1)、河沙4种不同基质,以及不留叶、留半片叶、留1片叶3种不同留叶方式对银脉爵床扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同扦插基质和留叶方式对银脉爵床扦插生根率的影响存在显著差异(P<0.05)。其中最适宜银脉爵床扦插的基质为珍珠岩+泥炭(2∶1),其生根率为90.00%;最适宜的留叶方式为留1片叶,其生根率为84.38%。生产中建议选用河沙作基质、留1片叶扦插效果最好。
The effect of 4 different stromata [ peat, perlite, peat ＋ perlite （ 2 ： 1 ）, sand] and 3 kinds of keeping leaf way （ leaving no leaf, leaving a half leaf, leaving a leaf） on cutting and rooting of Aphelandra squarrosa was analyzed by one-year grouth branches of A. squarrosa. The results showed that different cutting stromata and keeping leaf way had a significant difference on rooting rate. The optimal cutting stromata of A.squarrosa was peat ＋ perlite （2 ： 1） and their rooting rate was 90.00% ; the optimal keeping leaf way was leaving a leaf and their rooting rate was 84.38 %.
