摘要
进入21世纪,民营科技企业间的竞争不再只是科学技术与资金实力的竞争,更重要的是人才的竞争。但当前我国的民营科技企业却面临着一个严峻的问题,即人才流失。人才流失不仅给企业造成重大经济损失,更是成为民营科技企业"短命"的主要凶手。了解人才流失的真面目并设法消灭,将是当前企业亟待解决的重要课题。通过社会环境因素、企业内部因素、员工自身因素三个不同的角度全面分析造成民营科技企业人才流失的原因,并提出应对人才流失的建议。
In the 21st century, the competition among private high-tech enterprises will no longer be the financial strength and technology, more important is the talent competition. However, Chinese private high-tech enterprises are facing with a serious problem: the brain drain. Brain drain problem not only result in significant economic losses,is to become the main killer to private high-tech enterprises. Undemtanding the truth and trying to solve it will be an important subject. In this paper,through analyzing social cultural factors and internal factors, factors of staffs in enterprises and understand the causes of brain drain in private high-tech enterprises, and put forward some proposals to deal with the brain drain.
