摘要
人力资源是现代企业最重要的资源,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人力资源的竞争。作为国民经济重要组成部分的民营企业,人力资源管理不善成为制约其发展的一个重大问题,此问题严重阻碍了民营企业的进一步发展。因此,民营企业应对人力资源进行合理规划,并通过建立合理的薪酬体系、构建企业文化、注重员工培训等方式来提升企业的核心竞争力,增加企业的效益。
Human resource is the most important resource of the modern enterprises. Competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources in the final analysis. Private enterprises , an important part of national economy, has poor management of human resource, which greatly restricts the further development of private enterprises. Therefore private enterprises need to make a well-considered plan of human resource, build a reasonable compensation system and good corporate culture, and emphasize staff training so as to enhance enterprise competition ability and increase enterprise revenue.
