摘要
目的了解苦碟子注射液在临床中的治疗应用情况。方法通过检索中国医院数字图书馆1995年至2016年发表的有关苦碟子注射液的文献共94篇,筛选出63篇与对照组疗效比较,对未联合用药与西医结合治疗的适应证和总有效率进行统计和分析。结果苦碟子注射液主要用于治疗心脑血管疾病,其次为糖尿病周围神经病变、糖尿病肾病及肺源性心脏病等,其联合用药与未联合用药的临床治疗总有效率分别为91.11%和89.55%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与各自对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦碟子注射液在临床应用中的疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the treatment condition of Kudiezi Injections in clinic. Methods By retrieving the relevant literature of 94 articles on Kudiezi Injections during 1995- 2016, 63 articles comparing the results were screened. The indications in combination medication with Western medicine and non- combination medication and the total effective were statically analyzed. Results Kndiezi In- jections were widely used in acute phase cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as in acute diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy, pulmonary heart disease, etc. Its clinical total effective rates for the combination medication with Western medicine and non-combination medication were 91.11% and 89.55%. The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Kudiezi Injections has significant effect in clinic.
