摘要
目的:研究依帕司他联合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者神经传导功能及氧化应激的影响。方法:选择某院收治的DPN患者150例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(75例,采用依帕司他片治疗)和观察组(75例,采用依帕司他片联合甲钴胺片治疗)。两组患者均予以常规降糖治疗,并进行饮食运动指导,对比分析两组神经传导功能、氧化应激指标、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分、神经病变自觉症状问卷(TSS)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组正中神经、腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度(SCV)与运动神经传导速度(MCV)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)均高于对照组,多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)评分、神经病变自觉症状问卷(TSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依帕司他联合甲钴胺治疗可改善DPN患者神经传导功能及氧化应激,减轻患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect of epalrestat combined with mecobalamin on nerve conduction function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 150 DPN patients admitted to a hospital were selected and divided into control group(75 cases,treated with epalrestat tablets)and observation group(75 cases,treated with epalrestat tablets combined with mecobalamin)according to the random number table method.Both groups of patients were given conventional hypoglycemic therapy and dietary exercise guidance.The nerve conduction function,oxidative stress index,Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)score,and Neuropathic Symptom Questionnaire(TSS)score were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and reduced glutathione(GSH)of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the scores of the Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)and the Questionnaire of Neuropathic Symptoms(TSS)were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of epalrestat combined with mecobalamin can improve the nerve conduction function and oxidative stress in patients with DPN,and reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
