摘要
对瑞士立达E6 2型精梳机及国产FA2 6 6、F12 6 8型精梳机的棉网叠合层数、分离罗拉继续顺转量、前段倒转量、分离罗拉运动速度、平均分离牵伸倍数等分离接合工艺进行了比较分析 ;探讨了分离罗拉的有效输出长度、所纺纤维长度等参数与棉丛叠合层数的关系。
The detaching & overlapping processing such as web overlapping number,inverse rotation value of front section and sequential rotation value of detaching roller, and average detaching drawing ratio etc. are compared on Swiss Rieter E62 comber and domestic FA266, F1268 combers. The correlation between the overlapping number of cotton flock and the process parameters such as effective length of delivery of detaching roller, spun fiber length etc. are discussed.
