摘要
探讨精梳机给棉长度对输出棉网均匀度的影响。当HC500型精梳机给棉长度为4.7 mm、5.2mm及5.9mm时,分别测定了一个分离丛2mm片段的重量分布曲线,并进一步计算分析了输出棉网的重量分布曲线及重量CV值。结果表明:增大精梳机的给棉长度,使分离罗拉输出棉网重量的极差值、CV值增大,对改善输出棉网的均匀度不利,采用较小的给棉长度有利于提高输出棉网的均匀度。认为,当给棉长度增大时,应改变分离刻度,调整分离罗拉的输出速度,以改善输出棉网的重量分布、搭接质量及输出棉网的重量CV。
Influence of eomberfeed lengthon output web uniformity was discussed. When HC500 comber feed lengths of was 4.7 mm,5.2 mm and 5.9 mm respectively,weight distribution curves of 2 mm detached fragment were separately tested. Quality distribution curve of output web and weight CV value were further calculated and analyzed. The results show that increase of comberfeed length results in enlarging range value and CV value of output web quality, which is a disadvantage for uniformity improvement of output web. Adopting smaller feed length is beneficial to the improvement of output web uniformity. It is considered that separation scale should be changed and output speed of detaching roller should be adjusted when feed length is increased so that quality dis- tribution of output web,lap joint quality and weight CV of output web can be improved.
