摘要
教师愿景作为"未来取向"的教师话语,无论是对于职前教师的职业选择,还是职后教师的专业发展,都具有重要的影响。本研究主要从教师愿景的内涵、特征、类型和作用等方面对哈姆尼斯的研究进行了梳理和分析,以期能够对未来教师愿景的相关研究有所助益。
As the teachers’ words of " future-orientation", teachers’ vision has the important influence on the pre-service teachers’ career choice and the post-career teachers’ professional development. The litera-ture has teased and analyzed the Hammerless’ research, what mainly from the teachers’ vision of the connota-tion, features, types and function , in the hope of helping teachers’ vision for the future related research.
