摘要 研究了含铜渣氧压酸浸工艺过程中酸浸动力学、酸浸溶出规律和溶出反应的控制步骤,探讨了反应温度、硫酸浓度、浸出压力对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明:在最佳实验条件下,铜浸出率达96.06%。含铜渣酸浸的最优工艺条件是在600 r/min搅拌速度下,液固比5∶1,压力1.2 MPa,20%酸浓度,120℃酸浸150 min。含铜渣的氧压酸浸过程符合收缩未反应核模型,氧压酸浸为界面化学反应控制,经过计算扩散激活能Ea为31.15k J/mol,含铜渣与硫酸酸浸的动力学方程可描述为:1-(1-x)^(1/3)=71.39exp[-31150/(RT)]·t。 In the study of the oxygen pressing and acid leaching process of copper-containing slag, the acid leaching kinetics, acid leaching dissolution regulation and the controlling steps of dissolution reaction are researched, the effect of the reaction temperature, the sulphuric acid concentration, the leaching pressure on copper leaching rate are discussed. The results show: under the optimal test conditions, the copper leaching rate can reach to 96.06%. The optimal process conditions of copper-containing slag acid leaching are: under the 600r/min agitation speed, the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1, the pressure is 1.2MPa, the acid concentration is 20%, and the acid leaching is carried out under 120℃, 150min. The oxygen pressing and acid leaching process of copper-containing slag is conform to the shrinking unreacted core model, the oxygen pressing and acid leaching is the interface chemical reaction controlling, the diffusion activation energy Ea is 31.15kJ/mol by calculation, the kinetics equation of copper-containing slag and sulfuric acid leaching can be described as:1-(1-x)1/3=71.39exp[-31150/(RT)]·t.
