摘要
实验采用熔渣、铜矿渣等废渣作为硅铝质和铁质原料生产水泥熟料。利用化学分析、X射线衍射和岩相分析等手段对原料和熟料进行了测试分析。通过测定不同温度下煅烧所得熟料的线性收缩率和游离氧化钙(f-CaO)含量分析了生料的易烧性。并依照相关标准测定了熟料的物理力学性能。结果表明采用熔渣及铜矿渣配料时,废渣中的玻璃态物质及部分杂质离子,有效地降低液相出现温度,增加了低温下的液相量,使得熟料在较低的温度下烧成。1450℃下煅烧所得熟料中A矿结晶较完整,形状较规则,中间相分布较均匀,呈现优质熟料的亚微观结构。选用较高的SM、IM,使C3S含量控制在60%左右时,可以生产出28 d强度为61.42 MPa的熟料。
Blast furnace slag, cooper slag were utilized as raw materials to produce cement clinker. Raw meal and clinker were investigated by the means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and petrographic analysis. The burnability of raw meal was determined by the linear shrinkage and free lime content of clinkers sintered at different temperatures. The physical and mechanical performance of cement was tested according to the standards. The results showed that the burnability was improved and the temperature of liquid formation was decreased while the glass state material and foreign ions were taken into raw meal by adding blast furnace slag and cooper slag. It can be said that the burnability is good while the free lime content is near to zero in the clinker sintered at 1350 ℃. Alite crystals are in a regular shape and the interstitial phase is well distributed in the clinker burnt at 1450 ℃. High-quality cement clinker was produced by utilizing limestone, blast furnace slag, cooper slag and fly ash as raw materials after curing 28 d.
