摘要
对上海某地区餐厨垃圾进行特性测试,并与集市垃圾和居民生活垃圾特性进行比较。该地区餐厨垃圾含水率、密度高于其他产生源生活垃圾,分别为82.51%和831 kg/m3,含盐量为2.83%。蛋白质、脂肪含量分别为16.01%和17.73%。
We tested the characteristics of food waste from Shanghai one area,and compared with market waste and residents living waste. These food waste＇s moisture was 82.51% and the density was 831 kg/m^3 respectively,which both were higher than other household waste. The salt content,protein and fat were 2.83%,16.01% and 17.73% respectively.
