通过对沈阳市餐饮业网点及餐厨垃圾性状的调查,估算出沈阳市餐饮业餐厨垃圾的产生总量,并提出管理对策。
According to investigation of Shenyang restaurant industry and food residue characters, the daily quantity of Shenyang food residue was estimated and the management countermeasure was put forward.
